NY Event Featuring Shlomo Dovrat
Over 80 IVN members, partners and prospective members attended the IVN NY Chapter event on January 8, 2007. The event was graciously hosted by HSBC Bank at their beautiful hall on Fifth Ave. The guests enjoyed a networking reception as well as a powerful presentation by IVN founding member Shlomo Dovrat, who gave a thorough and inspiring overview of Israel's education system and the role of philanthropy in improving it.

Boston Event Featuring Eric Benhamou
On December 13, 2006, the law firm of Mintz Levin graciously hosted an IVN event at their Boston offices. 25 top executives from the Boston area enjoyed a networking reception followed by a presentation by IVN Chairman, Eric Benhamou, who introduced IVN's mission, programs and recent achievements.
Silicon Valley Event Featuring Dr. Shavit Matias
IVN's Silicon Valley chapter held a Networking gathering on Tuesday evening, January 16, 2007, featuring guest speaker Dr. Shavit Matias, Israel's Deputy Attorney General. She addressed the topic, "Middle East Peace Proceses - A Current Assessment." Approximately 40 people attended the gathering that was hosted by IVN member Barry Kramer, at Fenwick & West LLP in Mountain View. IVN Chairman, Eric Benhamou, welcomed everyone and IVN Board Member Nachman Shelef, spoke briefly about the focus on measurement & evaluation in our work. Dr. Matias, who was a Koret Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, gave an enlightening, in-depth talk that stimulated questions and discussion.
