Tsvi Gal is a senior executive and chief information officer at Warner Music Group (NYSE: WMG), formerly part of Time Warner. Tsvi launched the digital music revolution at WMG being the 1st music major to sign up with Apple's iTunes, the 1st to create and sell ring tones and leads with turning the web assets into full fledge eCommerce sites with 14.5M unique customers. Tsvi's efforts were key in WMG's public offering, released May 11th, 2005. Tsvi is a well-known turn-around expert and lends his considerable expertise to the task of reinventing WMG's as an Industry leader in digital downloads, mobile phone music, gaming and internet commerce. Tsvi helped launch Wells Fargo Ventures, the bank's internal venture capital and for the last fifteen years was involved with many venture capitals on mergers & acquisitions, LBOs, due diligence, investment and board oversight assignments. Between 1998 and 2000, Tsvi was a part-time general partner at GBS ventures, which invested in telecommunication infrastructure in Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries until it was purchased by Marubani Japan. Tsvi is a high honors computer science graduate of Rugers University. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University. In 2001, he was awarded the Einstein award for achievements in Science and Technology, presented to him by the President of Israel, Mr. Moshe Katzav.
Richard Saperstein, Senior Managing Director; CMG Senior Portfolio Manager at Bear Stearns, has nearly 25 years experience on Wall Street and is widely noted for his expertise in the areas of portfolio management, short term fixed income trading and corporate cash management. He is considered one of the most successful financial services advisors in the country and ranked third on Barron's list of 'America's Top 100 Brokers' in 2004 and again in 2005. Richard is profiled in The Winner's Circle, which features 'wealth management insights from America's best financial advisors.' In addition, he has been profiled in such industry publications as Research Magazine and the Wall Street Journal and has authored articles for such magazines as Financial Executive. Richard began his career with EF Hutton and Janney Montgomery Scott and was with Oppenheimer & Co. for 16 years prior to joining Bear Stearns. During his tenture at Oppenheimer, Richard held the distinction of serving on both the National Advisory Committee and the Chairman's Council. As Senior Managing Director, Richard supervises a team of 14 professionals who manage more than $7 billion on behalf of public and private clients throughout the world. Richard earned his MBA at NYU. He is conversant in Italian.
Oren Zeev is a partner of Apax Partners IT/Telecom Group, with extensive experience in investing in areas such as Internet applications, digital media, and wireless. With over a decade of experience with the firm, Oren has successfully completed deals in the United States, Europe and Israel, and maintains a broad, cross-border investment perspective. Previous investments include Butterfly (acquired by TI), Native Networks (acquired by Alcatel), and Tescom (IPO). Oren currently serves on the boards of Audible Inc (Nasdaq: ADBL), Mobixell Networks and Transera. Prior to joining APAX Partners in 1995, Oren was a research staff member at the IBM Israel Science and Technology Center. At IBM, Oren was a member of the founding team of the VLSI Design Center, where he managed several significant research and development projects. Oren holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and a BS cum laude in electrical engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
